Mid-Year Check-Ins are part of the ACE Performance Management process and represent a unique opportunity to discuss your progress in achieving your goals. 

The mid-year is more than a milestone — it’s an intentional, critical step to realign expectations, recognize shifting priorities, and reinforce your ongoing development. This check-in is your opportunity to reflect, revise, and refocus.

Resources are available for colleagues and managers, including guides for managers, conversation starters, and LinkedIn Learning, all of which are located under the Mid-Year Check-In section of the ACE Performance Management site.

Additionally, CU Learning & Development is offering upcoming virtual workshops designed to strengthen communication and leadership skills, which are valuable tools for navigating career conversations.
